摘要 针对校区供水系统效率低、可靠性差的问题,设计了一种基于ATmega16和FC222-CH的泵房供水远程控制系统,实现了水泵的启/停远程控制、水泵运行状态的实时监控和故障报警处理等功能,并且针对测试实验时出现的电路接触不可靠、微处理器复位和死机、继电器误动作、无线通信的信号质量差等问题,采取了相应的解决措施。现场运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定、可靠,可以满足校区供水的远程控制要求。 According to the problems of low efficiency and low reliability in campus water supply systems, this paper designed a water supply remote controlling system for pump house based on Atmega16 and FC222-CH. It realized the functions like remote control of pump start/stop, real-time monitor of pump running state, fault alarm processing. Aiming at the problems of unreliable contact of the circuit, reset and system halted of microprocessors, the misoperation of the relay and poor signal quality of the wireless communication in test experiment, the system took some corresponding solving measures. The result of field operation show that the system operates steadily and reliably and can meet the requirements of campus water supply remote controlling.
