摘要
知识管理是理解技术本科人才培养的重要视角。技术本科的知识管理,包括技术知识形态和技术知识流程两个基本维度。在技术本科人才培养中,通过技术知识的获取、内化、应用和创造,可以促进学生技术理论、实践能力和创新素养的整合发展。基于此,构建理论教学、实践教学和素质拓展三位一体的技术人才培养体系,是技术本科院校培养高层次技术型人才的有效路径。
Knowledge management is an important perspective for understanding talent cultivation of technological under-graduate education. The knowledge management of technological undergraduate education includes two basic dimensions: the modality of technical knowledge and the procedure of technical knowledge. In the process of talent cultivation of technological undergraduate education, the integrated development of students' technical theory, practice ability and innovative quality can be fostered though acquirement, internalization, application and creation of technical knowledge. Based on the above points, to construct the talents cultivation model of "integration of theoretical teaching, practice teaching and quality extension" is an effective approach for cultivating high-level technical talents of technological undergraduate colleges.
