高职院校异地办学管理模式及其理想选择——以广州市为例

Management Modes and Ideal Choice of Higher Vocational Colleges Running Schools in Different Regions

目前,广州市高职院校异地办学管理主要采用三种模式:属地式管理、延伸式管理和混合式管理,三者虽有差异,但却存在着缺乏高职教育特点的共同问题。高职院校异地办学管理要结合高职院校人才培养的定位和基本职能,选择合适的理想管理模式。具体来说,扩大办学管理主体,建立民主、开放的管理模式,应是高职院校异地办学管理的发展方向。

Nowadays, the management of higher vocational colleges running schools in different regions in Guangzhou mainly adopted three modes： apanage management, extension management and composite management. Though there exist some differences between the three models, they confronted with the common problem of lack of higher vocational education characteristics. The management of higher vocational colleges running schools in different regions should select ideal management model according to talent cultivation orientation and basic functions of higher vocational education. Enlarging administrative subjects and building open and democratic management model are future development directions for the management of higher vocational colleges running schools in different regions.
