农村经纪人职业具有兼业性、分散性、风险性和复杂性等特征,其职业能力由知识、能力、素质3个模块构成。农村经纪人培养属于职业教育范畴,就其培养内容和功能来讲,应从高等职业教育层面进行系统、科学的培养。在准确定位培养目标的基础上,根据针对性、实践性、实用性原则设置课程体系。

The vocation of rural brokers has the characteristics of part time working, decentralization, risk and complexity, and its vocational competency is composed of knowledge, ability and quality. The cultivation of rural brokers belongs to the category of vocational education, as far as its cultivation content and function are concerned, it should be cultivated scientifically and systematically on the level of higher vocational education. On the basis of rightly orientating cultivation objectives, its curriculum system should be set up according to the principles of pertinence, practicality and applicability.
