摘要
高职院校思想政治教育工作中的几大困境包括:灌输式教育仍然盛行、人本理念淡漠、教学内容远离学生实际。从人本主义视角出发认为,完善和提高高职院校思想政治教育的对策包括:采用贴近学生的教育内容和方式;突出学生的主体性地位;做到以人为本,因材施教。
The ideological and political education in higher vocational schools is confronting with several plights： the imparting education is still popular, the humanity-based view is light, teaching content is aparting from student reality. From the perspective of humanity-based view, the measures are： adopting the educational content and modes close to students; standing out the subjective status of students; achieving humanity-based and teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes.
