摘要
民国初期,为弥补官办职业教育之不足,加之受职业教育新思潮的影响,以及教育家、实业家和政府的参与、支持和推动,使得当时的民办职业教育发展兴盛,呈现出办学主体结构多元化,学制实用灵活多样,教学方式生动活泼,课程设置实用、先进且广泛,注重技能和道德教育等特点,对经济社会文化产生了积极的推动作用。
At the early period of Republic of China, in order to offset the shortage of public vocational education, influenced by new vocational education thought and participated, supported and boosted by educators, industrialists and governments, the development of non-governmental vocational education was flourishing, which had manifested the following characteristics: pluralistic school running subjects, flexible and practical school system, live and vivid teaching modes, practical, advanced and broad curriculum setup, emphasis on skills cultivation as well as moral education, and it had played positive role to economic, social and cultural development at that time.
