订单培养模式对职业指导师资素质的要求——以广州铁路职业技术学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 调查分析表明,学生对订单培养模式是认同的,也珍惜订单培养的就业机会,对自己的就业前景充满信心,但由于各自基础、条件不同,订单班学生在择业过程中的职业心理状况又有不同。这对学校职业指导教师的素质提出了更高要求。从目前职业指导师资状况来看,建设一支高素质的职业指导师资队伍,最可行的是尽快把学生管理工作干部组织起来,通过校内培训、外出参加培训、现场实践等方式,从知识、态度和能力三个方面提高他们的职业指导素质。 Investigation and analysis show that, students have different cognition to ordering-form cultivation model, and they usually value the employment opportunities provided by ordering-form cultivation and have confidence for their employment prospects, but because of different basis and conditions, students' professional mentality are different in employment selection process, which put forward high demand for the qualities of professional guidance teachers. From the perspective of present situation of professional guidance teachers, the most feasible way to build high quality professional teaching staff is to organize the staff working for students management, and enhance their professional guidance quality in the aspects of knowledge, attitude and abilities through inside school training, outside school training and spot practice.
