摘要
采用三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚、聚乙二醇4000和环氧树脂E-20以物质的量比为1∶3∶4.5,在80~85℃范围内合成系列新型高分子非离子型乳化剂,并制备出相应的水性环氧乳液。研究表明:此新型非离子乳化剂,在60℃下,用量在10%时,采用相反转法制备环氧乳液,能够改善水性涂料涂膜过程中涂膜流平性差、丰满度不好及光泽低等缺点。
The title of polymeric nonionic emulsifiers were prepared by trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether(TMPGE),polyethylene glycol(PEG) 4 000 and epoxy resin E-20 at the molar ratio of 1∶3∶4.5,at 80~85 ℃,which was then used to prepare the waterborne epoxy resin emulsion.Study showed that the new type emulsion,prepared with the nonionic emulsifier by phase inversion process at the dosage of 10% and 60 ℃,could improve the shortcomings of bad levelling,poor buildiness and low gloss.
