摘要
传统的模具结构是采用模压成型后机外利用专用液压机装备拉开模套,取出集电环制件。费工费时,浪费资源且模具结构非常笨重和复杂。在模具设计中对在该种模具结构进行了改进,实现了制件成型过程中的自动化操作,节约了人力、设备、缩短了生产周期,经过250、280继电环试验后效果比较理想,降低了产品成本,大幅提升了生产效率,经济效益比较显著。
Traditional mold structure removes the set ring work piece after molding machine used outside special hydraulic machine equipped with pull model kit. And It is a waste of money, time, resources and the mold structure is very cumbersome and complicated. The author improves the design in the mold species and achieves the work piece automation of the molding process, saving manpower, equipment, shortening the production cycle, after 250,280 relay test, the results will be ideal, reducing product costs greatly improves the production efficiency and economic benefits.
