摘要
交流变频调速技术是20世纪80年代兴起的一种新型技术。它具有调速方便,保护功能完善,组态灵活,可靠性强,节能降耗等特点。当前变频器在工业控制中被广泛应用,成为工控系统中的重要的部件,但在实际使用中由于安装环境和使用方法的差异,不可避免的会出现一些问题。本文就变频器在使用中的一些突出问题及解决办法进行论述。
AC frequency conversion speed regulate technology is a new technology in the 80s, 20th century. It has the features of convenient adjust speed, good protection function, configuration flexibility, reliability, energy saving and so on. Current converter is widely used in the industrial control which has become an important industrial control system component, but in practical use since different installation environment and application, there are inevitable some problems. Some outstanding problems of transducer and solutions are discussed.
