我国水利现代化要求我们进行大水利建设,在尽可能短的时间内完成水利五阶段的跨越。但实际上从管理模式来看,流域的概念在可持续发展中所具有的重要地位及其深刻的内涵还没有被人们广泛理解。为此,本文首先对我国水利现代化发展的道理进行了概述,并提出我国水利现代化发展必须要处理好的几层关系。

Therefore, firstly, the modernization of China Water modernization＇s reasoning is outlined, and then the relationships in the path of China Water modernization development which must be handled well are put forward.
