摘要
在现实经济中,要想实现充分就业,必须将总需求(消费、投资以及货币因素)和总供给(生产结构和技术)两方面有机结合起来,缺一不可。本文结合我国实际情况,对我国实现劳动力充分就业的对策与措施进行了简要的探讨。
In the real economy, to achieve full employment, the aggregate demand （consumption, investment and currency factors）must be combined with total supply（production structure and technology ）.Both of them are indispensable. In this paper, combined with the actual situation in our country, countermeasures and measures of our country＇s labor force full employment are briefly discussed.
