本文通过对高等体育院校系办学人才效益评价指标体系的意义、内容及组织实施的探讨,来评价高等体育教育的效益,以此促进高校体育院系教育面向市场,研究市场,同时提升体育教育办学的经济效益与社会效益,激活体育教育事业。
