Research on Information Management in Supply Chain of Animal Products in China

畜产品供应链中信息管理是影响畜产品供应链工作效率和供应链上各节点单位竞争力和畜产食品质量安全的重要因素。首先分析了畜产品供应链信息管理研究的必要性,然后提出了构建以畜产品行业协会为主体信息中心的信息网链结构模型的畜产品信息管理方法,最后提出了构建畜产品供应链信息管理监控平台。

Information management in supply chain of animal products is an important factor in work efficiency of supply chain of animal products, food safety of animal products and each enterprise competitiveness. The paper firstly analyzes necessity of research on information management in supply chain of animal products, then puts forward the method of animal product information management of information net chain based on trade association of animal products as main information center, at last, the paper puts forwards to building monitoring platform of information management of supply chain of animal products.
