Supplier Selection Based on Improved TOPSIS Method

通过设计供应商评价指标体系,建立了基于熵权与改进后的TOPSIS方法相结合构成的供应商评价模型,并将其应用于供应链管理中,经过算例验证该方法是可行的,具有一定的实际意义。

This paper focuses on supplier＇ s selection. Firstly, the paper designs a supplier＇ s evaluation indicator framework. Accordingly, the paper proposes an approach to build the model for supplier＇ s selection by making use of the entropy power and the modified TOPSIS method. Finally, an example is present to illustrate this method.
