摘要
高职高专院校要具有核心竞争力,离不开独特的管理机制和激励机制,薪酬激励又是激励机制中最重要最直接的激励手段。本论文将薪金分为不同内涵的模块形式,根据教师所创造出的价值,给予相应的薪金分配,使薪金分配、用人理念与学校发展三者紧密结合。
