摘要 针对电解槽运行工况复杂,仅靠槽控机进行控制难以更大程度提高电解槽运行效益的现状,本文通过挖掘电解铝监控系统中的信息,赋予电解槽槽况、工况新的物理含义.根据槽况、工况对槽控机的控制参数NB来设定电压,从而进行优化控制.在贵铝160kA电解槽上进行了实验.实验结果表明,该方法不仅可以降低电解铝的能耗,而且可以改善电解槽的槽况。 In allusion to the complexity of electrolytic bath running, it is impossible to improve the running benefit of electrolytic bath more only by managing cell control machine. By mining the information from electrolytic aluminium monitoring system , this paper gives newphysical meanings to the status of reduction cell. Then it conducts optimize control to NB by setting voltage of cell control machine according to the status of reduction cell . It experimented on 160KA cells of China Aluminum Guizhou branch. The result indicates that the method can not only reduce energy consumption of aluminum electrolytic, but also improve the status of reduction cell.
