摘要 伺服电机在控制系统中是对机械元件运转的速度、位置精度控制非常准确的一种执行器件。近几年来由于其高智能化的自动调整、高速高响应、超低振动和振动抑制控制等诸多优点而被广泛应用于全自动控制领域中。为解决传统连续定量计量秤由气缸驱动进料门控制定位不准确而影响计量精度和速度的问题,我们采用了伺服电机驱动替代气缸驱动进料门,从而实现了计量秤的高速度和高精度,彻底改变了传统由气缸驱动两级投料的计量方式,实现三级甚至多级投料,是计量秤进料方式的一次跨越。 Servo motor is an executive device that can control the speed and the position of mechanical element very accurately. Recently years, beaeause of servo motor has many merits like auto adjustment of hingly intelligentization, highly speed and quickly response, ultra-low vibration and vibration damping, and so on,that be used widely in the domain of full-automatic controlling. For solving the problems that metering accuracy arid metering speed that caused by unaccuracy allocation by air cylinder driving feeding gate of traditional contiguous dosing bateher, we use the servo motor to drive the feeding gates insteading of the air cylinder. Thereby we realize the high speed and high accuracy of electronic balance and thoroughly change the traditional metering driven by two levels of cylinder feeding. We realize three-levels feeding and more, that is a crossover of metering system of bateher.
