摘要
锅炉冷态试验的目的是全面检查和了解锅炉燃烧系统及辅助设备的冷态运行实际性能,以判断其是否能够满足锅炉热态运行要求,并为锅炉的点火启动及热态运行提供必需的基础数据。本文通过对宁夏煤业集团有限公司循环流化床锅炉冷态试验的方法及过程进行介绍,并对试验数据结果进行分析,得出锅炉满足顺利点火及正常运行要求的结论。
The purpose of boiler cold-model testing is to check-up and realize cold running capability of boiler combustion system and assistant equipment,then to estimate if it can be adjusted to heat-condition running or not and provide necessary foundation data for ignition and running of boiler. This article introduces cold-model testing＇ s method and process of CFBB （Circulating Fuidized Bed Boiler ）of Shenhua Ningxia coal industry croup Co., Ltd., and analyses the testing data then educes conclusion of the boiler can satisfy ignition and running.
