现实生活中,一些用人单位或劳动者往往混淆劳动合同与劳务合同的区别,以致其应有的权利得不到保障。本文简单介绍劳动合同与劳务合同。
In the real life, some employers or workers often confuse the difference of the labor contract and the work contract, so that their proper rights cannot obtain the safeguard. This article introduces briefly labor contract and work contract.
