摘要
采用数值计算方法并结合现场优化轴承运行环境的常用手段,系统地分析了润滑油系统和轴系标高的调整与控制对轴承稳定性及瓦温的影响.结果表明:由于各轴承对支撑轴系载荷的贡献率不一样,导致各轴承标高的变化对轴系动力学特性的影响程度也不一样;轴承稳定性裕度随进油温度的升高而增大,且重载轴承的稳定性受进油温度的影响更为明显;当润滑油流量足够时,不同比压的轴承温升差别较小.
By means of numerical method,and combining with the familiar means of optimizing the bearings' running conditions,the effects of adjusting lube oil system and bearings elevation on bearings stability and temperature of bearing bush were systematically analyzed.Results show that the variation of each bearing's elevation has different impact on dynamics characteristic of shaft system because of deferent redistribution to shafting load by each bearing.The bearing's stability margin increases with rising inlet oil temperature,and the impact on heavy-load bearing is more obviously.There is little difference for the temperature rise of the bearing under different specific pressures when the bearings oil flux is enough.
