摘要
以格兰·泰勒棱镜为例,对平行于棱镜主截面方向的视场角进行了分析和推导,发现该视场角随切割角的增大而增大,在红外波长区远大于通常给出的沿主截面方向的视场角,对沿两正交方向的视场角随切角和波长的变文关系进行了比较,所得结论在红外分光光度计上得到了验证,实验表明:冰洲石格兰型偏光镜是柱面或准柱面会聚光束的理想偏光器件。
The view field angle paralleling to the principal section of a polarizer isanalysed and derived for a Glan-Taylor prism.The results show that theangle is much larger than that wich is perpendicular to the principal sectionin IR wavelengths,and it getting larger with the increasing of cut angle ofthe prism.Acomparison of the two kinds of angle is given and a experimentalproof has been made in an IR spectrophotometer,it can be seen that thecalcite Glan-Taylor prism is an ideal polarizer in cylindrical converging light.
