国产ZnSe晶体的EER谱分析

EER Analysis of ZnSe Crystal

本文报道了国产 ZnSe 材料的 EER 谱研究结果.确定了室温下 ZnSe 材料的 E_ο和E_ο+△_ο带隙能量和自旋一轨道分裂参数△_ο.利用测得的寿命展宽参数Γ对晶格完整性进行评价,结果表明国产 ZnSe 具有很好的晶格完整性.

In this paper,electrolye electroreflectance analysis of ZnSe crustal madein room-temperature is reported.Its energies of critical points E_o and E_o+Δ_ohave been determined.Spin-orbit splitting energy(Δ_o)and Life-time broadeningenergy(Γ)are also given.According to the measured parameters Γ,theperfection of the crystal is appraised.
