摘要 据LED器件的结构特征定义LED光学模型,求得均匀光照场的LED封装透镜的截面曲线方程,运用龙格—库塔法(Runge-Kutta method)求解方程并在MatLab中使用多项式拟合获得相关数据,分析数据并根据LED制造的工艺条件修正数据,在Tracepro光学软件中建模仿真得到希望的LED光源模型及封装透镜数据,获得目标的均匀光照场。 In this paper, an optical model of LED lens was defined according to the LED structure, and then a sectional curve equation of LED encapsulation lens for homogenous light field was obtained. Some relative data were obtained through solving the equation above by Runge-Kutta method and a polynomial fitting by MatLab. Modified data was derived by analyzing the data above and the condition of making LEDs. The expecting LED source model was obtained from modeling simulation by Traeepro and then the data of encapsulation lens was extracted and the targeting homogeneous light field was obtained.
