Extraction of Ti(Ⅳ) by N1923 from Industrial Titanyl Sulfate Solution

摘要 研究了伯胺萃取剂N1923萃取攀枝花钛业公司硫酸法工艺生产工业级TiOSO4液中的钛离子。试验考察了萃取剂浓度、相比、温度、平衡时间、酸值F等因素对钛的萃取率的影响,并测出了钛的萃取等温线。试验结果表明,伯胺萃取剂N1923在工业钛液中具有良好的萃钛性能和钛铁分离性能,Ti(Ⅳ)的萃取率可达98%以上,而Fe(Ⅱ)基本不被萃取。 Preliminary study was carried out for the property and mechanism of Ti( Ⅳ ) extraction from industrial titanyl sulfate solution by N1923. The effects of the concentration of extractant, phase ratio, equilibrium time on the extraction of titanium are investigated, and the isothermal of titanium extraction is measured. The results indicate that primary amine extractant N1923 is of excellent property in titanium extraction and the separation of titanium and iron, the titanium extraction efficiency can be reached above 98 % , while Fc ( Ⅱ ) is almost not extracted.
