摘要
由于舰载电子设备的使用环境比较恶劣,加上人们对设备的美观要求,使得设备的研制难度加大。文章结合某舰载电子设备的研制情况,提出了造型与结构设计的基本原则,介绍了设备的造型设计,详细讨论了结构设计中的几个关键问题及解决措施,如总体布局,具体结构设计,屏蔽设计,热设计和三防设计。经试验、使用,设备的各项技术性能指标均满足设计要求。
The development difficulties are more and more because the shipborne electronic equipment＇s service environment is worse and people＇s aesthetic requests to the equipments.With the developments of a certain shipborne electronic equipment,the basic principles of modeling and structure design are presented,the modeling design are introduced,finally,some key problems and solvents in structure design are discussed in detail,such as general layout,particular structure design,shielding design,thermal design and three proofings design.Through experiment and usage,the equipment＇s various techniques function index all satisfies the design requests.
