摘要
本文探讨了在高职院校中开展软件外包服务的目的和意义,提出组建和管理软件外包服务中心的办法:通过软件外包中心业务的开展,分析软件企业实际的工作过程,根据工作过程深入企业调研,有针对性地了解高职学生能胜任的职业岗位群以及所对应的工作任务和职业能力,与企业技术专家共同制定以工作过程为导向的软件专业课程体系。
This article discusses the purpose and the meaning of opening software outsourcing service in High Vocational Institutes of Engineering,and puts forward the way to set up and manage the center of software outsourcing service.From the process of the opening software outsourcing service,the teachers in the High Vocational Institutes of Engineering analyzes work process of software business enterprise,and go to business enterprise for investigating according to work process in order to understand the occupation posts and its work mission and occupation ability that the students must own,and set up the software professional course system based on work process together with the expert of business enterprise..
