朝鲜族非物质文化遗产面临人才流失、传承断代的危险。一些非遗项目的传承和发展举步维艰,濒危状况在短时期内难以改变,培养传承人面临的最大难题是资金问题。为此,政府要采取合理有效的统筹规划,学者深入研究和引导,并引起民众的关注和参与。只有先深化对非遗概念和内涵的认识,在重视的基础上才能谈及传承。

The biggest challenges in training of personnel is funding. The Government should take reasonable and effective overall planning, scholars make in -depth research and guidance, and cause public concern and participation. Only deepening the understanding of the concept and meaning of non - genetic heritage, can we talk about inheritance on the basis of attaching importance to it.
