服装设计是一种实用艺术。一件成功的设计作品,既离不开"工"也离不开"艺"。在服装设计的教与学中要树立"工"与"艺"完美结合的设计观念,重视服装设计专项训练,做到服装款式、结构与工艺的有机结合。

The costume design is a practical arts.
