摘要
本文介绍Y型光纤测量和近红外光谱技术,探讨了光纤测量样品距离与测量灵敏度变化的关系及漫反射技术工作机理,利用闪耀光栅将光栅波长复用分光和光纤测量优势有效结合起来,为进一步开展近红外光谱技术在农产品快速无损检测方面的应用打下了基础。
In this article, the principle of Y - fiber and the NIR measurement technique be introduced, the mechanism of diffused reflection technique and the relationship between the sample distance and the correspondence sensitive be discussed. The technique take the advantage of fiber and wavelength composite technique of blazed grating, which is very important to detect the quality of farm produce with the quickness and nondestructive measurement.
