从平衡计分卡的4个维度提出了评价第三方物流企业的指标体系,该指标体系反映了第三方物流企业的运营情况,并关注到企业的发展战略;结合基于模糊层次分析法的TOPSIS法,给出了第三方物流企业评价模型,并进行了实例分析。

The evaluation metrics of third party logistics enterprise is built up from four balanced scorecard aspects.The metrics reflects the operation situation of the third party logistics enterprise and focuses on the development strategy of the enterpriset, then the concept of TOPSIS basied on fuzzy AHP is introduced. Using the method, a case study is given to validate our method. The result of data analysis provides a decision-help to the manage of the cargo owner enterprise.
