摘要
天然气汽车以其低排放和低成本的优势,在世界范围内得到快速普及和推广。截至2008年底,中国天然气汽车保有量已经发展到40万辆左右,加气站约1000座,全国已有30个省市自治区的100多个城市推广了天然气汽车。预计随着沿海LNG接收站项目的陆续投产,周边地区的天然气汽车将得到快速发展。天然气汽车发展的首要目标是公共汽车和出租车。天然气汽车的发展规模主要取决于车用天然气价格、汽车改装购置成本以及加气站的数量,同时还离不开政府规划及其他相关部门的支持。中国沿海地区LNG资源供应条件较好,公交车、城际客货运输车应积极发展天然气汽车,选择LNG作为燃料,配套建设LNG加气站;出租车市场应以CNG车为主,配套建设L-CNG站。天然气汽车项目的实施不仅具有良好的经济效益,而且其社会效益远远大于经济效益。
Natural gas vehicles are becoming increasingly common all over the world due to their low exhaust levels and production costs. By the end of 2008, the number of natural gas vehicles in China had reached 400,000, with about 1000 gas stations to fuel up and about a hundred cities in 30 provinces supporting their use. It is estimated that with the coastal LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) terminals putting into operation one after another, LNG vehicles will rise sharply in the the surrounding area. The foremost targets of LNG vehicle promotion are taxis and buses. The scale of development of natural gas vehicles mainly depends on the natural gas price for vehicle use, vehicle modification costs and the number of suitable gas stations, but also can not do without government support.. The provision with the LNG resources is relatively easy in China’s coastal regions, public transportation should therefore take steps to promote the use of LNG vehicles, make natural gas their primary fuel and build the necessary gas stations to cater to their fleet. Taxi fleet providers should switch to CNG (compressed natural gas) as their fuel of choice and also promote the building of gas stations providing both LNG and CNG. The implementation of the natural gas vehicle projects not only has good economic returns, but has far greater social benefits.
