摘要
对于犯罪的研究,通常是从社会整体的层面来讨论犯罪对社会整体的影响,甚至于对犯罪人的研究也多以社会整体的现实价值来度量。从犯罪人的社会个体属性的形成过程即社会化过程来研究犯罪问题,可以对死刑和行刑及罪与责的研究提供广阔的视野和理论基础,有利于对犯罪人的再社会化,也体现了对人类个体生命的最大尊重。
It is a common practice to study the effects of crime commission on the whole society from the overall social perspectives.It is suggested that we study crimes by means of socialization so as to better understand capital punishment and execution as well as crime and responsibility.It is assumed that this would be a maximal respect for individual life.
