摘要
本文通过126例外伤性脾破裂B型超声的检查,汇总表明脾破裂的声像图特征;超声诊断符合率达98.4%;并对脾破裂部位与径线改变的关系,脾破裂漏诊原因进行了讨论和分析.
This artical according to the ultrasongography of 126 cases for traumatic rupture of the spleen, indicate the ultrasonogram features about traumatic rupture of the spleen. Rate of comformity of ultrasound examination is come up to 98.4 percent. Analysed and discussed the relation about the position of ruptare of the spleen and the change of ultrasonogram, the reason of failing to diagnose ruptare of the spleen.
