212例房、室间隔缺损的彩色多普勒超声心动图与手术结果对照分析

Comparative Study of Color Doppler Echocardiographic Manifestation and Surgical findings in 212 patients with ASD or VSD

本文对212例房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损的彩超结果与手术对照进行回顾性对比分析.我们体会彩超对于房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损的诊断(包括部位和大小)准确率较高.对于室间隔缺损来讲,部位的诊断尤其重要,筛孔状房缺彩超的诊断特异性较差,房、室间隔缺损同时存在或台并其它畸形时彩超均能明确显示,多普勒的应用可以估测肺动脉压,为手术时机的选择提供依据.

212 patients with ventricular septal defect (VSD) of atrial septal defect (ASD) confirmed by operation were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnosic coincidence rate was 98.1%. As to VSD, the indentification of the possition was very important. It was difficult to identify cribriform ASD. Color Doppler flow imaging could be used to make diagnosis on ASD or VSD as well as other associated deformities. Using Doppler ultrasound technic to quantitatively estimate the pulmonary pressure was important for operation.
