Ultrasonic Diagnosis and differential Diagnosis in Thyroid Nodules

本文报告105例甲状腺结节的声像图表现.对照临床与病理总结了腺瘤.结节性肿大、囊肿和癌的声像图特点.超声诊断正确率为92.4%.认为超声检查对正确诊断甲状腺结节有重要临床意义.

This series consist of 105 cases of thyroid nodules. Ultrasonographic clinical and pathologyical examinations were compared, including counterparts adenoma nodular goiter, cyst and cancer. The accurate diagnostic rate of the ultrasonography was 92.4%. We suggested that ultrasonography is very helpful to the diagnosis of thyroid nodules.
