经食道超声心动图对左房功能的研究进展

摘要 左房功能基本包括三个方面的作用:左心室舒张早-中期充当“导管”作用以输送血液由肺静脉进入左室;左室舒张晚期左房心肌主动收缩充当“泵”的作用以增加左室的充盈;左室收缩期充当“贮存器”的作用以贮存左房血液.近年来国内外学者对左房功能的研究颇受关注,经食道超声心动图(TEE)的发展,为进一步精确地评价左房、左心耳功能开辟了新的途径.目前国内有关报道较少,本文就近年来国外学者利用TEE对左房、左心耳功能的研究状况作一简述.
