摘要
针对某测试设备惯性组合测试电路板的测试需求,设计了一种频率和幅度可调的三相交流信号源。该信号源采用MITEL公司生产的SA4828作为三相正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)信号发生器,在研华公司生产的DIO模块USB4751的控制下,生成所需要的SPWM波形,再经过由MAX274设计组成的二阶有源滤波网络,即得到可作为系统激励的三相交流信号。该三相交流信号源输出的频率和电压值精确可调,电路结构简单,信号精度与稳定性高,经实验证明系统性能满足应用要求。
For the testing requirements of a test equipment inertial combination test circuit board,designs a three-phase AC signal source which frequency and amplitude adjustable.This signal source chooses MITEL's products SA4828 as a three-phase SPWM signal generator,and uses Advantech's DIO module USB4751 to control SA4828.Then the generated SPWM waveforms can be turned into the required three-phase AC signal after passing through a second-order active filter network constructed by MAX274.This signal source outputs variable frequency and voltage.Its circuit structure is simple;its signal precision and stability is high;and the system performance is proved to meet the application requirements by experiment.
