摘要
针对小电阻难以测量的问题,设计了以AT89C51微处理器为核心的智能型小电阻精密测量系统。系统采用具有高稳定性的恒流源电路,低温漂、低噪声的放大器OP07和A/D转换器ICL7135设计测量电路。消除了温漂,提高了测量精度,精度可达毫欧级,对于5Ω以下电阻测量精度优于1%,环境适应性较强,测量方法具有广泛的实用价值。
For the problem small resistance is difficult to measure,the intelligent measurement system which cores on microprocessor of AT89C51 is designed.The system uses high stability constant current source circuit,low temperature drift,low noise amplifier OP07 and A/D converter ICL7135 to design the measurement circuit.The measurement accuracy is better than 1% for resistance of less than 5 Ω.It eliminates the temperature drift,and has a wide range of practical value.
