摘要 针对汽车驱动桥主减速器中的主动圆锥齿轮及从动圆锥齿轮之间的啮合斑点优化问题,从理论上分析了影响啮合斑点的主要因素,以及这些因素对啮合斑点的实际影响,结合现场装配实践,总结出通过垫片来调整啮合斑点的方法措施,为装配现场提供指导,使主从动圆锥齿轮之间的啮合间隙及啮合斑点达到装配要求。 The meshing spots between driving pinion and the ring gear in automobile main driving axle gear box, needs to be optimized. This thesis has analyzed the meshing spot influencing factors in theory, as well as these factors separately effects meshing spot. The methods have been summarized to adjust the meshing spots through the locating shims after long time assembling practice. These methods provide the instruction measures to make the meshing spots achieve the matching requirement.
