复合固体润滑膜在阀门电动传动装置中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 SDZH2-10阀门电动装置蜗轮蜗杆分别为ZCuAl9Fe4Ni4Mn2和40Cr,其传动比为70、载荷约为4137N、相对滑动速度为5.3m/s,接触应力大,摩擦时温度达300℃左右、油润滑失效,导致了齿轮表面磨损严重,需要采用固体润滑。采用磷化预处理来提高固体润滑膜和基体的结合力,同时加入钛酸钾晶须来提高膜的强度,300℃和500℃时,加钛酸钾晶须的耐磨寿命分别是未加钛酸钾晶须的2.4倍和3倍。磷化+钛酸钾晶须处理的固体润滑膜(称之为复合固体润滑膜)的耐磨寿命是未磷化处理的3倍,且摩擦系数值只有未磷化处理的1半以下,该复合固体润滑膜在载荷大、滑动速度高、摩擦温度高的极端摩擦状态下,能改善原有的蜗轮蜗杆传动中润滑状况,达到减磨的效果。 The worm wheel and worm shaft material of SDZH2-10 valve electrical device is ZCuAI9Fe4Ni4Mn2 and 40Cr separately, which transmission ratio is 70 and the load is about 4137N. The relative slide speed is 5.3m/s, belongs to large contact stress. The friction temperature is up to 300℃. Oil lubrication failures will cause serious wear and tear to the gear surface, so the solid lubrication must be used. Using phosphating as the surface pre-process is to improve the combine force of the solid lubrication film and base boy, and adding titanium potassium whisker to improve the strength of the fihn. Under 300℃ and 500, the wear:-resisting life with titanium potassium whisker is 2.4 and 3 times of the normal one. The tested wear-resisting life of phospbating titanium potassium whisker solid lubrication (called composite solid lubricating fihn) is 3 times of the unphosphating one and the friction coefficient is half. On the extreme friction status of heavy load, high sliding speed and high friction temperature, this composite solid lubricating film) can improve the origin worm lubrication status and reduce the worm wear.
