摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对起重量75t+75t、跨距为42m的双梁门式起重机桁架主梁进行了有限元分析,改进了最薄弱的地方,确定的主梁桁架结构满足了强度和刚度的设计要求。
The truss girder on gantry crane with dual-beam for lifting weight of 75t＋75t and large span of 42m is carried out to identify the most vulnerable areas by ANSYS software. The structure of main truss girder is determined to meet the requirements of strength and stiffness by improvement.
