摘要 某型叉车方向盘普遍存在振动较大的现象,影响操作的舒适性。为降低方向盘的振动,采用有限元模态分析的方法对其进行动力特性修改。模态分析时把方向盘的转向管柱、转向器和支架等部件作整体分析。结果发现方向盘的前两阶模态频率与发动机激励频率接近。结合振动频谱分析,判断出方向盘的怠速振动较大的原因是共振,并确定了修改支架方案。将修改后支架安装在整车上,做方向盘的振动对比试验,方向盘的振动得到了明显的改善。 The ubiquitous big vibration of forklift steering wheel affects the comfort ability of operation. To decrease the vibration, the Finite Element Modal Analysis is used to correct the dynamic characteristic. In Modal Analysis the steering tube, steering gear and bracket are all taken into account. The result shows that the first two modal frequency is closed to the exciting frequency of engine. With the vibration frequency analysis, the paper draws a conclusion that resonance is the reason of the bigger vibration of cheering wheel, and a revamping bracket plan is made. After fixing the new bracket on forklift and testing the contrastive vibration of cheering wheel, the test result shows that the cheering wheel vibration has been deelineed.
