摘要 探讨梳棉机梳理与转移工艺。阐述了梳棉机梳理技术的基本原则以及正确处理梳理度、梳理强度与转移三者关系的途径,并对精梳纯棉品种进行了紧隔距强分梳、大速比增转移工艺的试验。指出:梳理元件的正确选型以及锋利度、平整度、粗糙度水平的提高是改进梳理工艺、提高棉纱质量的基础。紧隔距强分梳、大速比增转移工艺,是提高生条梳理质量,减少短绒增加,改善纯棉纱质量的有效工艺措施。化纤梳理加工中,易产生短绒,目前锡林与刺辊线速比普遍偏小,有待改进。 Carding and transfer technology of carding machine were discussed.Carding basic principle of carding machine was introduced.Methods of dealing carding degree,carding strength and transfer were introduced as well.Processing test of less gauge,stronger carding,larger speed ratio and transfer were carried on combed pure cotton products.It is pointed out that correct selection of carding components and its improvement of sharpness,levelness and roughness are base of improving carding processing and cotton yarn quality.Processing of less gauge stronger carding,larger speed ratio and transfer is effective measure of improving carded sliver quality,reducing short fiber and improving pure cotton yarn quality.In carding chemical fiber process,short fiber is easier to be produced,speed ratio of cylinder and licker-in is less and need to be improved.
