摘要 研究棕棉、绿棉(包括浅绿棉和绿色棉)和木棉在结构和热性能上的差异。采用红外光谱、X-衍射和热重分析对这5种纤维进行了测试。研究表明:绿棉的蜡质含量较高,棕棉的蜡质含量较低,主要为脂肪醇。木棉的木质素和半纤维素含量较高,相比深绿棉,浅绿棉的软木脂含量更高,彩棉和木棉的结晶度小于白棉,在彩棉中,棕棉的结晶度和晶粒取向度要高于绿棉。木棉的结晶度和晶粒尺寸在5种纤维中最低,深绿棉的热学性能最稳定,而木棉的热降解温度最低。 Differences of structure and thermal property among kapok,brawn cotton,green cotton which includes light green cotton and green cotton were studied.Five kinds of fiber were tested through infrared spectrum,X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis.The study shows that waxiness content of green cotton is higher,waxiness content of brown cotton is lower,the main content is aliphatic alcohol.Lignin and hemicelluloses content of kapok are higher.Comparing with dark green cotton,suberin content of light green cotton is higher.Crystallinity of colored cotton and kapok are less than that of white cotton.In colored cotton,brown cotton crystallinity and crystal grain orientation are higher than green cotton.Crystallinity and crystal grain size of kapok is the least in five kinds of fiber,thermal property of dark green cotton is the stablest,heat degradation temperature of kapok is lowest.
