聚乳酸棉混纺纱混纺比对成纱性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究混纺比对聚乳酸棉混纺纱成纱性能的影响。分析了聚乳酸纤维含量分别为20%、35%、50%、65%、80%的聚乳酸/棉混纺纱的条干CV值、强伸性能、毛羽值与混纺比之间的关系。并采用Borda数法对混纺纱的成纱性能优劣进行判断。试验结果表明,混纺纱的条干CV值、断裂强力、断裂伸长率、毛羽值均与混纺比有较强的相关关系,在一定的条件下,聚乳酸/棉混纺比为50/50时,其成纱质量较好。 Effect of blended ratio on polylactic acid cotton blended yarn property was studied.When polylactic acid fiber content is 20%,35%,50%,65% and 80%,relationship among polylactic acid fiber cotton blended yarn evenness CV value,strength elongation,hairiness and blending ratio were analyzed.Borda method was used to judge blended yarn property.The test shows there are strong relationship among blended yarn evenness CV value,breaking strength,breaking elongation rate,hairiness and blended ratio,in certain condition yarn quality is better when the blended ratio of polylactic acid fiber and cotton is 50/50.
