Design of Spinning Workshop Manufacture Execution System

开发用于管理细纱车间生产的制造执行系统。通过对纺织企业细纱车间的生产管理特点的分析,结合MES的管理理念,对系统的体系结构、数据流程、主要功能模块进行了设计,并阐述了MES与ERP及下位机控制系统之间的关系,MES与ERP系统的集成技术、MES与下位机的通信技术。指出:该系统实现了计划层和控制层之间建立起沟通的桥梁和纽带,为细纱车间提供快速反应及精细化的生产管理系统,有助于提高产品质量和劳动生产率、降低资源能源消耗,实现先进制造的管理要求。

Manufacture execution system which is used to manage spinning workshop production was developed.Through analyzing production management characteristics of textile enterprise spinning workshop,combining MES managing idea,the system structure,data process,main function module were designed.The relationship among MES,ERP and lower computer control system,integrated technology of MES and ERP system,communication technology of MES and lower computer were introduced.It is pointed out that bridge and tie between plan layer and control layer were established by the system,quick reaction and careful production management system could be provided for spinning workshop,which is helpful to improve product quality and labor productivity,reduce resource-consumption and realize advanced production management demands.
