梳棉机自调匀整装置的应用体会

Experience of Using Carding Machine Autoleveller

探讨生产中如何合理地使用梳棉机的自调匀整装置。以MC403型梳棉机和FA221B型梳棉机为例,介绍了梳棉机自调匀整装置的特点及其使用注意事项,分析了自调匀整器的不良使用方法对自调匀整效果的影响。指出:自调匀整装置属于高科技自动化产品,尽管不能完全控制生条重不匀率,但使用好和进一步完善自调匀整装置,可以有效降低生条重不匀率,为后道工序的稳定生产提供保障。

Method of using carding machine autoleveller in production rationally was discussed.Taking MC403 carding machine and FA221B carding machine as examples,characteristics and application precautions of carding machine autoleveller were introduced.Effect of autoleveller incorrect using method was analyzed.It is pointed out that autoleveller is hi-tech auto product.Although carded sliver weight unevenness could not be controlled totally while carded sliver weight unevenness could be reduced effectively by right use and perfecting autoleveller in advance,stable production could be ensured in latter process.
