介绍CJ40型精梳机技术特性及使用情况。阐述了CJ40型精梳机的主要技术特点以及使用该精梳机生产CJ14.5tex纱的工艺配置、精梳及成纱质量水平。指出:该精梳机具有噪声低、优质高产、自动化程度高、运行稳定等特点,精梳条的质量可达到乌斯特2001公报5%～25%的水平。使用中应注意保持配棉稳定,合理配置小卷定量、速度和落棉率等工艺参数,选用性能良好的锡林及顶梳专件,并做好设备维修人员的专业培训工作。

Technology property and application of CJ40 comber were introduced.Main technology characteristics,combed sliver quality,finish yarn quality and processing configuration of producing CJ 14.5 tex yarn on CJ40 comber were introduced.It is pointed out that the comber property are better,such as lower noise,higher production and automation,stable operation et al.Combed sliver quality could reach Uster 2001 5% to 25% level.In application cotton assorting should be kept stable,lap weight per unit,speed and waste percentage et al should be set properly,better cylinder and top combing components should be selected,train of equipment maintenance operator should be done well.
