Modification Effect of Carding Component in Carding Machine and Comber

研究梳棉机和精梳机梳理元件的改进效果。在A186F型梳棉机上加装固定分梳盖板后,C 14.6tex纱线质量有所提高,与改造前比,成纱条干CV下降0.54个百分点,千米粗节减少了30个,千米棉结减少了71个。在FA251C型精梳机上使用加密锡林和密型顶梳,并对CJ 14.6 tex纱进行了正交试验。表明:A186F型梳棉机和FA251C型精梳机的分梳元件经改造后,CJ 14.6 tex成纱各项数据指标较好。分梳元件改造前后对成纱强力影响不大,对提高精梳成纱质量水平具有显著作用。

Modification effect of carding component in carding machine and comber was studied. After installing fixed carding flat on AI86F carding machine,C 14.6 tex yarn quality could be increased. Comparing to the quality before modification, finish yarn evenness CV could be reduced 0.54 percentage points,thick places per kilometer could be reduced 30,thin places per kilometer could be reduced 71. Cylinder and top comber of higher density were used on FA251C eomber,orthogonal test was carried on CJ 14.6 tex yarn. The result shows that after modifying carding components in A186F carding machine and FA251C comber,each index of CJ 14.6 tex yarn are better. Before and after modi- fication finish yarn strength are not affected a lot but combed yarn quality level could be improved obviously.
